1. Introduction
FEEL THE SWAG ("we", "us", "our") is based in India and is owned and operated by Kalpesh Sojitra. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use any of our products (together, the "Services"):
- Our website at https://feeltheswag.com and any other websites we operate
- Our mobile applications and games published on Google Play and the Apple App Store
- Any content, features, or in-app purchases offered inside those apps and games
We build and publish our own apps, games, and websites. We do not provide services to third parties, and we do not sell your personal information. Our products are free to use and are supported by advertising; some apps also offer optional in-app purchases.
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Contact: info@feeltheswag.com
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to run our apps, games, and websites, show advertising, and process purchases. Most of it is collected automatically by the software development kits (SDKs) built into our products.
2.1 Information collected automatically
| Category | Examples | Collected by |
|---|---|---|
| Device information | Device model, operating system and version, screen size, language, time zone, mobile carrier, network type | Our apps, Google Firebase, Google AdMob / Ad Manager |
| Advertising identifiers | Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android, Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS where you have allowed tracking, app instance ID | Google AdMob / Ad Manager, Google Firebase |
| Usage data | Screens viewed, features used, session length, app opens, crashes and performance logs, in-app events | Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) |
| Ad interaction data | Ads shown, viewed, clicked, or skipped; ad load and error events | Google AdMob / Ad Manager |
| Approximate location | Country, region, or city derived from your IP address | Google AdMob / Ad Manager, Google Firebase |
| Website data | IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page, cookies and similar technologies | Our website, Google Ad Manager / AdSense, Google Analytics |
| Install attribution | Which ad or campaign led you to install an app | Google Ads, Google Firebase |
2.2 Information you provide
Most of our apps do not require an account and do not ask for your name, email, or phone number. Where an app offers an optional feature that needs input (for example, saving preferences or content inside the app), that data stays on your device unless the feature clearly says otherwise.
If you contact us by email, we keep your email address and the content of your message so we can respond.
2.3 Purchase information
When you buy an in-app purchase or subscription, the transaction is handled by Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. We receive a purchase token, product ID, purchase time, and order status so we can unlock what you bought and handle refunds or restores. We never receive or store your credit card, bank, or payment account details.
2.4 Information we do not collect
- We do not collect your precise GPS location.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera unless a specific app feature needs it, in which case the app asks for permission first and uses the data only for that feature.
- We do not knowingly collect sensitive data such as health, financial account, biometric, or government ID information.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate the Services — run our apps, games, and websites, remember your settings, and keep features working.
- Show advertising — display ads from Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager, and Google AdSense, which fund our free products. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your choices (see Section 4).
- Measure advertising — understand which ads and which Google Ads campaigns bring users to our apps so we can manage our marketing spend.
- Process purchases — unlock in-app purchases, restore purchases on a new device, and handle refunds.
- Analyze and improve — see which features are used, find and fix crashes, and improve performance and design.
- Keep the Services safe — detect fraud, invalid ad traffic, abuse, and security issues.
- Comply with the law — meet legal, tax, and platform (Google Play, App Store) obligations.
- Respond to you — answer support requests sent to us.
Legal bases (for users in the EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions): we process data to perform our contract with you (running the app you installed), for our legitimate interests (analytics, security, non-personalized advertising), with your consent (personalized advertising, tracking on iOS), and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Advertising
Our apps, games, and websites are free because they show ads. We use Google's advertising platforms to serve them:
- Google AdMob — banner, interstitial, rewarded, native, and app-open ads inside our mobile apps and games
- Google Ad Manager — ads inside our apps and on our websites
- Google AdSense — ads on our websites
Google acts as an independent data controller for the data these platforms collect. Google uses advertising identifiers, device data, approximate location, and ad interaction data to select ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, and detect invalid traffic. How Google uses this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
4.1 Personalized and non-personalized ads
- Personalized ads use your advertising identifier and inferred interests to pick ads that are more relevant to you.
- Non-personalized ads use only contextual information (such as the app you are in and your approximate location) and are not based on your past behaviour.
In regions that require consent (for example, the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), we show a consent message powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before serving personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time through the privacy settings or "Privacy options" link inside the app.
4.2 Your ad controls
| Platform | How to opt out of personalized ads |
|---|---|
| Android | Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" |
| iOS | Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"; and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → turn off "Personalized Ads" |
| Web | Google Ads Settings and Your Online Choices / NAI opt-out |
On iOS 14.5 and later, our apps ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before using the IDFA. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using the IDFA.
4.3 Ads we run to promote our own apps
We advertise our own apps through Google Ads. When you install an app after seeing one of these ads, Google and Firebase record the installation so we can measure the campaign. This uses the same advertising identifiers described above.
5. Analytics and Third-Party SDKs
We do not sell data or share it with data brokers. The only third parties that receive data are the platform and SDK providers below, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
| Provider | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob / Ad Manager / AdSense | Serving and measuring ads | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging) | Usage analytics, crash reporting, feature configuration, push notifications | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google Analytics | Website traffic analytics | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google Ads | Measuring our own app-install campaigns | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google Play Services / Google Play Billing | App distribution, updates, in-app purchases | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Apple App Store / StoreKit | App distribution, updates, in-app purchases | apple.com/legal/privacy |
Individual apps may use additional SDKs for specific features. Where an app does, its store listing's data safety / privacy nutrition label and its in-app privacy screen list them.
Cookies and similar technologies on our websites
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) to remember preferences, measure traffic, and serve ads. Google's advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, are used by Ad Manager and AdSense to serve ads based on your visits to our sites and other sites. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not work if you do.
6. In-App Purchases
Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions that unlock premium features, remove ads, or provide additional content. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS).
- We never see or store your card number, bank details, or billing address. These are held by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies.
- We receive only the data needed to deliver what you bought: a purchase token or receipt, the product ID, the purchase date, and the order status.
- Refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are handled through your Google Play or App Store account.
- Purchases may be restored on a new device by signing in to the same Google or Apple account.
We do not offer any services from third parties through our apps; every purchase is for a feature of our own product.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in these cases:
- Service providers — the Google and Apple platforms listed in Sections 4 and 5, which process data to serve ads, run analytics, and handle purchases on our behalf or as independent controllers.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, court order, or a lawful request from a government authority, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers — if our business or an app is sold, merged, or transferred, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
- With your consent — any other sharing you explicitly agree to.
We do not share data with other advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketers.
8. Data Retention and Security
Retention. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above:
| Data | Retained for |
|---|---|
| Firebase Analytics event data | Up to 14 months (Google's default), then aggregated |
| Crash reports | Up to 90 days |
| Advertising data held by Google | Per Google's retention policy |
| Purchase records | As long as needed to deliver and support the purchase, plus any period required by tax law |
| Support emails | Up to 2 years after the request is resolved |
| Data stored on your device | Until you clear app data or uninstall the app |
Security. We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) between our apps and Google services, access controls on our Google and Apple developer accounts, and the security infrastructure of the Google Cloud and Firebase platforms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights and Choices
9.1 Controls available to everyone
- Ad personalization — reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, using the settings in Section 4.2.
- Tracking on iOS — decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt or turn off tracking in Settings.
- Analytics — on Android, limiting ad tracking also limits analytics use of the advertising ID; you can also opt out of Google Analytics on the web with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Permissions — revoke any app permission (such as notifications) at any time in your device settings.
- Delete your data — uninstalling an app deletes data stored on your device. To request deletion of any data we hold on our servers, email us at the address in Section 11 with the app name and, where available, your Firebase app instance ID (shown in the app's privacy or about screen).
- Cookies — manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.
9.2 Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email us to exercise these rights.
9.3 Users in California and other US states (CCPA / CPRA and similar laws)
We do not sell personal information for money. Serving personalized ads through Google may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. You can opt out through the ad controls in Section 4.2, through the in-app privacy options, or by emailing us. You also have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honour Global Privacy Control signals on our websites.
9.4 Users in India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)
You have the right to access a summary of the personal data we process, to correct or erase it, to withdraw consent, and to raise a grievance with us. Contact our grievance officer at the email address in Section 11; we aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
9.5 Users in Brazil (LGPD)
You have the rights listed under the LGPD, including confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability, and information about sharing. Email us to exercise them.
How we verify requests. We may ask for information that lets us confirm the request comes from you (for example, a reply from the email address used to contact us, or the app instance ID). We respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law, usually within 30 days.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK, or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Where an app is designed for or may appeal to children, we configure Google AdMob to serve only child-directed, non-personalized ads, tag ad requests as child-directed under COPPA, and disable the use of advertising identifiers for that app, in line with Google Play's Families Policy and Apple's Kids Category requirements.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address in Section 11 and we will delete it promptly.
11. International Transfers, Changes, and Contact
International data transfers
We are based in India. The Google and Apple services we use store and process data on servers in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, Google and Apple rely on approved mechanisms such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. By using our Services, you understand that your data may be processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify you through the app, our website, or the store listing. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
